ILC hits record breaking sales in September.

Typically, September begins what is a pretty slow time of the year for land sales. Hunters are preparing for the upcoming season. Fishing season is winding down. Farmers are hitting the fields. That did not seems to effect us this year. The 30 acres and cabin in Peoria County, the 400 acre farm in Knox County by Oak Run, the 312 acre farm in Knox County west of Farmington, the 55 acres and cabin in Stark County, the 6 acres and cabin in Knox County, and an additional 182 acre tract in Fulton (not our listing) were all sold (or pending) in September. A few more of our properties are pretty close to contracts as well. We need more listings! If anyone is considering selling there land, now is the time! Please get in touch!
