This is a first for the podcast. Its something that we do internally every quarter or so…we take a look at recent sales and determine if we should modify any values we are placing on different types of land…timber, water, tillable. Over the last few years, we have held pretty stable but recent sales have indicated that we need to raise some values…specifically timber and water.
