LandCo Vlog | Guide to Determining Target Investment Property

Hey Guys…last few vlogs have been purely entertainment.  This one is 180 degrees different.  It is entirely educational and meant for first time land investors who are struggling with establishing a target return and identifying what type of property to target.  I go over this conversation nearly every time with a first time investor.  I had an investor submit a similar question after listening to one of our podcasts…so I though I would record an answer for him and turn it into a vlog.  It got a little long and is largely theory based but we use this concept nearly every time we invest in property individually or with a client.
