John has spent his entire life on farms. He has bought and sold more than 15,000 acres, and the hardest part was always finding a good broker. So John took over Illinois Land Company to build a full-service land brokerage with real customer support and modern technology. If he had to pick one thing, it's sitting in a duck blind with a few buddies.

Mature whitetails are Ryan's passion. He has spent decades learning how to grow, hold and harvest them, with more than 30 Pope & Young bucks to show for it, a third of them Boone & Crockett class. He leads LandCo's objective-driven whitetail design and management work.
