The south portion (roughly 190 acres) of Grand Valley is now pending. This has resulted in a remaining North Grand Valley (about 210 acres). Panoramic Homesite (35 acres) in Knox County is also pending. Lastly, to finish off last week, Illinois Land Company sold 190 acres . This has resulted in a remaining 30 acre parcel with a super nice cabin and a 6 acre lake only minutes outside of peoria. I will get the details up on that new tract soon. It wont last long.
