The Original Listing Broker has the permission of the land owner to co-list the property with Cooperating Broker.
The original listing broker authorizes Cooperating Broker to offer the property for sale and market the property as they see fit, according to the terms of this agreement, the listing agreement, and the laws governing Real Estate.
In the event of any sale of the property during this co-brokerage, the original listing broker is due the following percentage of the listing side commission, with the balance going to the participating broker.
While this agreement is in place, the Cooperating Broker agrees not to be in communication with the owner of the subject property without approval from the Original Listing Brokerage.
It is expressly understood that this agreement does not extend to Brokers other than the Undersigned.
