Check these things out! How cool! Essentially, they are custom designed cabins that are built on skids so they can be moved. What a cool idea. They have several options and upgrades available. I think they start at 24×14 for 28k or so. I love the idea. As a land broker, one of the hardest parts of selling a property is getting max value out of capital improvements. Having cabins or outbuildings on a property really narrows the potential buyers. If you could offer it two ways…one with the cabin, and one without, the liquidity of a property would increase dramatically!
They are selling them out at Giant Goose Ranch but Im sure they would ship anywhere if desired. Very Cool! Those guys always come up with some great ideas!
